English Intent

Furthermore, we recognise the pivotal role that reading and listening play in acquiring new knowledge and expanding upon existing knowledge, as well as their capacity to foster the cultural, emotional, intellectual, social, and spiritual development of our pupils.
Our overarching objective is to ensure that our students possess a strong command of both spoken and written language, and we actively cultivate a passion for literature through extensive recreational reading.
