General Data Protection Regulations
The new General Data Protection Regulations came into action at the start of May 2018. Schools, like all organisations, have to follow certain procedures in order to ensure that they are compliant with the relevant legislation and guidance and that data held by the school for the purposes of conducting its normal business remains secure and that the identities of individuals are protected.
Data Protection Officer
All organisations are required to appoint and publicise the details of their Data Protection Officer (DPO).

Privacy Statements for Pupils, Staff & Volunteers
The documents below are the GDPR compliant privacy statements for Pupils (Parents of Pupils in the School), Staff and for Volunteers (Including Governors and Potential Recruits to the School Team).
Photographs & Video Films
As part of the tracking of pupil progress and learning, including supporting children in recording their learning for future reference the school takes photographs and, occassionally, video footage of pupils and their work. This is a normal part of day to day practice. From time to time the school may wish to use specific photographs or film footage on the school website or in other publications. In these cases we will request specific permission from parents using the form below:
